Rick Davis has extensive experience in compliance and auditing, currently serving as Director of Compliance at Manhattan Associates since December 2011, where previous roles included Compliance Director and Senior Compliance & Audit Manager. Prior to this, Rick held the position of Senior Audit Associate at KPMG and worked as a Senior Auditor at Hansen, Barnett & Maxwell P.C. Additional experience includes auditing multi-family housing projects at Child, Van Wagoner & Bradshaw, PLLC and serving as a Personal Banker & Relationship Specialist at Wells Fargo Bank. Rick obtained a Master’s degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Weber State University, and attended the University of Utah.
