1. Coordinates the activities of multiple Field operators and assigns tasks to field operators.
2. Works with local linesmen or customer support person.
3.All technical and support issues should get concluded at this level within a district jurisdiction.
4.Should perform the duties of Field Operator in case of urgencies.
5.Maintains spares and stock of extra devices to be supplied to customers and retailers.
