Naomi Fay is an experienced HR Manager at the City of Mill Creek, Washington, where the role also includes serving as Acting HR Director and City Clerk since November 2019. Naomi is an author associated with Mango Publishing since April 2019 and the founder of Interfaith Sanctuary, Inc., a non-profit spiritual organization established in September 2006. As an ordained Interfaith Minister, Naomi also officiated weddings from June 2007 to 2020, creating personalized ceremonies. Prior to these roles, Naomi served as Executive Assistant to the City Manager in Newburgh, New York, from March 2010 to November 2019, and worked as an Internet Radio Host for IntentionRadio.com between September 2013 and November 2015. Naomi began their career assisting the co-founder of the Resolving Conflict Creatively Program from 1996 to 1999. Educationally, Naomi holds a BA in Journalism from SUNY New Paltz and advanced degrees, including a Masters in Theology and a Doctorate in Ministry, from The New Seminary of Interfaith Studies.
