Eric Baur has over 40 years of work experience in various companies and roles. Eric began their career in 1979 at Rockwell Collins, where they served as an Engineer responsible for system programming and administration for the VAX system used in digital flight simulation. Eric then joined Raytheon in 1983 as a Senior Engineer, staying with the company until 1991.

In 1991, Eric moved on to Synernetics Inc, where they worked as a Network Engineer until 1994. Eric then joined Tenor Networks in 1999, taking on the role of Network Engineer until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, Eric worked as an Engineer at GrooveMobile.

In 2005, Eric joined Hologic as a Senior Principal Engineer and held the role until 2012. Eric then joined the London Stock Exchange Group as a Principal Architect, where they worked until 2017.

Eric's most recent position was at State Street from 2017 to 2019, where they served as the Vice President of the Office of Architecture. Eric is currently employed at Manetu Inc. as a Guy Doing Software Stuff since November 2019.

Eric Baur attended Iowa State University from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics and Mathematics.
