Brittney Hayes

Senior Director Business Operations at Manduka

Brittney Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brittney began their career at Staples as a Customer Service Specialist from 2000 to 2002. Brittney then worked as a Commissioned Sales Associate at Bloomingdale's from 2001 to 2002. Following this, from 2002 to 2005, they served as a Designer at Sub-Urban Industries, designing apparel, accessories, and providing pre-production assistance. From 2005 to 2007, Brittney owned their own business called Dani B. Design, providing clothing and graphic design services. Brittney also worked as a Pre-Production Manager at Quick Creations in 2005, producing designs and samples for a private-label manufacturer. In 2007, they briefly worked as a Pre-Production Manager at Harlow, assisting in pre-production for a contemporary women's line.

From 2005 to 2008, Brittney worked at Cerbae, where they first served as a Designer and Product Development Manager, collaborating with the CEO to design and develop elevated men's streetwear collections. Brittney then got promoted to Operations Manager in 2008 and led the company's restructure, reducing costs, maintaining relationships with customers and vendors, and expanding new business opportunities.

From 2009 to 2011, Brittney held the role of Strategic Advisor at Innovative Illusions. Brittney then moved on to work at Colofast Apparel, a division of Dragon Crowd Garment, where they worked as a Sales Operations Manager from 2011 to 2013, and later as a Business Development Manager from 2013 to 2014, leading new business development for the private label division.

From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Manduka, a yoga and wellness company, where they established the Sales Operations role and developed a deep understanding of Netsuite ERP system. From 2016 to 2019, they took on the role of Netsuite Functional Administrator, leading and managing major system-related projects, and supporting end-users' needs within Netsuite and other systems.

In 2019, they were promoted to the Director of Business Operations for North America at Manduka, where they supported the restructuring of the North American Sales team, collaborated with the IT team for system design and project implementations, and provided reporting and analytics support.

Most recently, in 2020, Brittney was promoted to Senior Director of IT, Global at Manduka, where they oversee global IT operations.

Brittney Hayes began their education in 1996 at Upland High School, where they completed the Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program and graduated in 2000. In 2002, they enrolled at FIDM and obtained an A.A. degree in Fashion Design within a year, completing their studies in 2003. In 2010, they pursued further education in Business Marketing at East Los Angeles Community College and earned an A.A. degree in 2012.
