Michelle Krans possesses extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager for both Mandiant and Google since July 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at SafeBreach and FireEye, Inc., where responsibilities included managing customer success and account strategies from October 2021 to October 2021 and February 2015 to October 2021, respectively. Earlier career positions include Account Executive roles at NetWize, Canon Solutions America, and En Pointe Technologies, starting from 2012, as well as an Account Manager role at Canon Business Solutions and a Territory Channel Manager position at Marketlink. Michelle graduated from West Jordan High School.
