Martim Moreau Maita is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various prestigious hotel groups. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Martim has held multiple leadership positions, including Head Chef at ANdAZ and Chef De Cuisine at Park Hyatt. Previous roles include Sous Chef and Chef de Partie at Grand Hyatt São Paulo and Commis Chef at Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, respectively. Martim is equipped with specialized training from the Basque Culinary Center, along with an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Senac São Paulo.
