Asher Wen currently serves as Co-Head of Edutainment Products & Growth at Mandai X, leading product and growth teams for stealth ventures since August 2023. Previously, Asher held various strategic roles in consumer insights and product growth within Mandai Wildlife Group and Wildlife Reserves Singapore, establishing data-driven cultures and driving market strategies. Asher's experience also includes significant contributions to MasterCard, where innovative marketing strategies were developed, and internship roles at The Estée Lauder Companies and Shiseido. An MBA graduate from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with a focus on marketing, strategy, and data analytics, Asher has consistently fostered consumer-centric product development and brand communication throughout a diverse career. In addition to professional pursuits, Asher has served as Captain in the Singapore Armed Forces, where leadership and commitment to national service were demonstrated through various commendations.
