Celia Cook-Huffman currently serves as the Vice President for Academic Affairs at Manchester University since March 2020. Prior to this role, Celia held multiple positions at Juniata College from 1990 to March 2020, including Assistant Provost and Professor. Celia's academic background includes a Master of Arts in International Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame, a Doctor of Philosophy in Conflict Theory from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace Studies and Psychology from Manchester University.
