Ross Donaldson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ross started their career at Direct Line Group in 2012, where they served as a Social Media Customer Service Manager until 2015. Ross then moved on to HSBC, where they worked as a Social Media Insights & Governance Analyst from 2015 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for reputational monitoring, research, and social media insights, as well as providing support for social media listening software. Most recently, in 2021, Ross joined Manchester United as a Digital Media Analyst.
Ross Donaldson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Leeds, where they attended from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Ross has also earned several certifications throughout their career. These include the Influence Foundations Certificate from Brandwatch, obtained in June 2023, the Foundations Certification from Brandwatch, obtained in July 2021, and various certifications related to Sprinklr, such as Sprinklr Brand Manager Pro, Sprinklr Engagement Analyst Pro, Sprinklr Product Analyst Pro, and Sprinklr Research Analyst Pro, all obtained in January 2021. Ross also completed the Comparison University Training Programme offered by Relative Insight in November 2020.
