Louise Best is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading and managing diverse projects across the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Manchester Airport since August 2024, Louise previously held the role of Business and IT Project Manager at Freedom Fibre, where initiatives for B2B product launch and customer onboarding were successfully led. As the Head of PMO at Fibre Network Design Ltd, Louise fostered an Agile mindset and oversaw a team of project managers to achieve company objectives. Past roles include Senior Project Manager and Specialist Consultant at KCOM and Technical Support Consultant at BT Wholesale. Louise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Edge Hill University.
