Himanshu Gosar currently serves as the Director of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions at Textron, a position held since May 2015, where responsibilities include driving M&A deal activity and establishing relationships with business unit leaders to assess strategic fits of potential targets. Prior to this role, Himanshu worked at Textron Far East Pte. Ltd. as an International Credit Manager and at Textron India Private Limited as a Senior Manager - Finance overseeing financial functions for Bell Helicopter. Earlier career experience includes various positions at Textron Financial, where Himanshu gained expertise in resort finance and corporate marketing, as well as previous roles at Meera Metal Industries and Sharp & Tannan, Chartered Accountants. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
