Harish Thatikonda began their career in 2016 as a Java Software Developer for Thrymr Software. In 2017, they moved to Manch Technologies where they held the roles of Technical Lead and Architect, as well as Senior Software Engineer.

Harish Thatikonda attended ZPHS Peddathundla from 2005 to 2009 and attained an SSC degree. Harish then attended Arunodaya Jr College, Hanmakonda from 2009 to 2011 and obtained a Higher Secondary School degree in MPC. Finally, they attended Bharat Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
