Marsha Marshall is the current CEO of Manawanui and Manawanui InCharge, where Marsha assists disabled individuals in managing their government-funded disability supports. Prior to this, Marsha held various managerial positions at the Ministry of Health and Waitemata District Health Board. Marsha holds a Master's of Science in Nursing degree with Honors from Massey University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of British Columbia. Marsha also has a Diploma in Nursing from Royal Alexandra School of Nursing. In 2018, Marsha attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
