Sean Molloy has been working at the Ministry for Women since 2003, starting as a Policy Analyst and currently holding the position of Principal Policy Analyst. Sean provides policy advice to the Minister of Women’s Affairs and senior management on increasing women’s economic independence. Sean also serves as the Senior Nominations Advisor, offering strategic advice on enhancing women’s participation on state sector boards. With a background in International Relations from Victoria University of Wellington, Sean briefly worked at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment as a Nominations Advisor/Nominations Assistant.
