Blair Cantfil is a seasoned health law professional currently serving as a Health Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP since April 2021. Prior to this role, Blair held the position of Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from June 2011 to April 2021 and worked as a Departmental Appeals Board Clerk at the US Department of Health and Human Services for a brief period in 2010. Additional experience includes a judicial law clerk role at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and consulting for the World Health Organization. Blair also worked as a Program Outreach Specialist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service and served as a Community Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Educational qualifications include a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, an MPA from Princeton University, a BA from the University of Virginia, and a nursing degree obtained during Peace Corps service.
