Lionel Garcia is a Customer Care Associate at the Manatee County Tax Collector since April 2022, responsible for greeting customers and setting appointments. Prior experience includes serving as a PCO II at the City of Chicago's Office of Emergency Management and Communications from December 2015 to September 2021, where monitoring, dispatching, and broadcasting on radio frequencies were key responsibilities.
