William Crumpton has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Compassion Health Care, Inc. since May 2016, where significant accomplishments include successfully filling medical staff positions during a critical transition period and implementing financial recovery strategies that dramatically reduced operating losses. Crumpton has also held consulting roles with Management Solutions Consulting Group and previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer for Piedmont Access To Health Services (PATHS), where oversight of a $7.9M budget and successful implementation of electronic health record systems were key responsibilities. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes founding William & Co. Creative Consulting Services, focusing on business development and IT consultative services. Crumpton holds an Executive Nonprofit Leadership Certificate from Duke University, an MBA in Healthcare Management, and a BSM in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
