Dale Mensch has over 25 years of experience in data analysis and software quality assurance, currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Management Science Associates since January 1998. Dale has held multiple roles within the company, including Software QA Analyst II and Senior Database Specialist. Prior to this, Dale was a Team Leader at the National Accident Sampling System from November 1993 to November 1997, where responsibilities included leading a team that researched and reconstructed automobile accidents for the U.S. government. Dale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from West Virginia University (1987-1989) and pursued studies in Chemical Engineering at both West Virginia University and the University of Pittsburgh in the early 1980s.
