Alan has six (6) years’ medical recruiting experience. He possesses the full-lifecycle recruiting experience to include ensuring all nursing staff meets Joint Commission credentialing guidelines. His strong ability to recruit passive nursing support staff has helped him ensure a 97% fill rate for his clients. Alan works closely with his clients to continually refine the recruiting process in order to meet his clients’ staffing needs.
