Susan M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they worked as the Executive Director of Learning Technology and Innovation at Management Concepts, where they focused on improving the learner experience and managing an innovation project with Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Learning and Development at American AgCredit, where they led HR transformation efforts and developed initiatives to empower managers and promote inclusive leadership. Susan also worked at Deloitte Digital as a Manager in the Deloitte Center for Immersive Learning, where they educated clients on transformative learning approaches and designed virtual reality experiences. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at GP Strategies Corporation, including Senior Learning and Performance Consultant, Training Program Manager, Senior Instructional Designer, and Project Manager. In these roles, they advised clients on talent development, designed learning assets, facilitated training, and led organizational design and performance improvement initiatives.
Susan M. has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature from the University of Vermont. Susan also holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Creative Writing from The Ohio State University. Additionally, they have obtained an Outdoor Educator Certification from NOLS.
