Michele Trego Garrett, M.Ed., CPC, ELI-MP, CLDS, CTDS, is an experienced Senior Learning Development Manager at Management Concepts Inc., leading a team of Instructional Designers since January 2010. Michele is responsible for product development and collaborates with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Previously, Michele held roles as a Senior Instructional Designer at both Innovative Solutions by Design, Inc. and Performance Initiatives, where responsibilities included developing eLearning courses and facilitating training programs for commercial clients. With a solid foundation in education, Michele earned a Master’s degree from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Rider University, along with professional coaching certifications from iPEC Coaching.
