Sofia Monroy is currently a Manager Trainee at Entertainment 360, having joined in November 2023. Previously, Sofia founded and presided over Flying Horse Films at Stanford University, where notable achievements included producing over 20 short films and organizing numerous public screenings. Experience also includes roles in film and TV development at Village Roadshow Entertainment Group, where Sofia contributed to original project development and marketing efforts. Additional professional engagements encompass various positions in educational and creative development, including work at MasterClass, ACE Entertainment, and Assemble Media, as well as research roles at Stanford University's Bill Lane Center. Sofia holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Film and Media Studies and English from Stanford University and has furthered studies at the University of Oxford.
