Youssef ELHARFI is a Mining Production Manager at Groupe Managem since March 2021, where responsibilities include geomechanics study and rock mass characterization. Prior to this role, Youssef served as a Mining and Geotechnical State Engineer, focusing on 3D modeling in geomechanics. In July 2020, Youssef completed a finite element study on ground behavior during cylindrical shaft excavation at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat. Youssef holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur d'état in Mining and Geotechnical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat, earned between 2018 and 2021, and completed preparatory classes for higher education from September 2016 to June 2018.
