Mike Didiano

Technical Account Manager at Managed Solution

Mike Didiano has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mike began their career as a Data Entry Specialist at UPMC in 2001 and worked there until 2004. Mike then owned their own company, NetWorks LLC, from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they worked as a Service Desk Engineer at AllSafe IT from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Computer Solutions Group, Inc. as a Help Desk Manager and concurrently worked at SugarShot as a Help Desk Team Lead & Jr. SysAdmin. Mike continued their role at SugarShot until 2021. In 2021, they joined Managed Solution as a Field Engineer and later transitioned to positions of Senior Dedicated Support Engineer and Technical Account Manager.

Mike Didiano attended Woodland Hills High School from 1996 to 2000. After completing high school, they pursued further education at the Community College of Allegheny County from 2000 to 2003. During their time at the college, they focused their studies on Information Technology and Computer Science.
