Peter Koch has a long and varied work experience. Peter began their career in 1993 as an Industrial Engineer Trainee at BMW Group. In 1995 they completed their diploma thesis in the production planning division of the 5- and 7-series. After that, they worked as a Sales Representative at Dimension Data (former Telemation AG) from 1996 to 1998. In 1998, they became a Key Account Manager at Arcor (A vodafone company). From 1999 to 2009, they held various roles at Cisco Systems, including Enterprise Sales & Business Development for US and Enterprise Sales EMEA for Higher Education, Research & Healthcare. In 2009, they founded Balluun, where they served as Founder & CEO and later as Founder & Chief Product Officer. In 2016, they became a Startup Advisor for an unnamed company. Finally, in 2017 they became the Chief Executive Officer of ManageCasa Inc., a company that provides an all-encompassing web and mobile approach to property management.

Peter Koch obtained their MSc in Industrial Engineering, Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur FH from Mannheim University of Applied Sciences between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, they attended Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences between 1991 and 1993, studying Business Administration.
