Kyle Finlinson has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry.

From 1994 to 2004, they were the Founder and CTO of International Software Solutions, Inc, where they co-founded and led a consulting company that focused on designing, configuring, standardizing, and securing healthcare facilities and other large projects. Under their leadership, the company achieved distinguished status with Dell, Novell, and Microsoft, and achieved annual sales growth of over $2 million.

From 2004 to 2014, Kyle served as the CTO and Senior Director of IT at Multiband Corporation. In this role, they oversaw daily operations and led a team of 19 IT professionals supporting over 4,000 employees across multiple locations. Kyle also played a key role in streamlining IT systems during corporate mergers and led the development of core systems such as accounting, payroll, inventory, and personnel.

From 2011 to present, Kyle worked as the Founder and CTO of The Reliable Source. In this role, they obtained contracts for projects and worked with internal and external contractors to ensure project success. Kyle also played a leading role in designing, developing, and deploying a fully customized integrated solution using Dynamic AX 2012.

Since 2014, Kyle has been the CIO of Manada Technologies. Here, they collaborate with the CEO to determine strategies and establish an information security management program. Kyle is responsible for selecting and implementing technology to optimize internal operations and strategic benefits.

Kyle Finlinson attended Brigham Young University, where they studied Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Design Engineering. Kyle completed their education at this institution in 1990.
