Antonietta Pugliese has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Founder and Investor at Il Ghirotondo in 2005. Antonietta then worked as an Account Manager at Epsilon Telecommunications from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they joined Athelstan Search and held the positions of Finance and Operations Manager from 2013 to 2015 and Director of Finance from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2023, Antonietta worked at Mana Search, initially as CFO and Operations Management and later as Chief Operating Officer. Antonietta'smost recent position is as Chief Operating Officer at MANA Group, where they started in 2023.

Antonietta Pugliese has a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Università degli Studi di Firenze, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the same university, spanning from 2005 to 2008.
