Peter Heuchert has extensive work experience in various IT leadership and management roles. Peter started their career as a Co-Owner of H&S ComputerService in 1995 before moving on to become a Senior Technician at Gateway 2000 in 1996. Peter quickly advanced to the role of Senior Technician Supervisor, where they supervised and supported a team of 10 technicians.
In 1997, Peter joined Weltbild Verlag GmbH as a Manager, where they developed and operated online bookshops in Germany. Peter formed and led a team of 4 to 10+ members for this role.
Peter's career then led him to MAN Diesel SE in 2002, where they served as a Team Leader for the Web Competence Center until 2007. Peter was then promoted to Competence Center Manager until 2010.
From 2010 to 2017, Peter worked at MAN Diesel & Turbo as the Head of Document Management & Digital Workplace and later as a Manager. During their tenure, they were responsible for Enterprise Content Management, Workplace, and various software migrations and introductions.
Since 2018, Peter has been with MAN Energy Solutions, first as the Manager and Head of Digital Workplace Solutions until 2020, and currently as the IT Area Lead for Workplace Enablement. In their current role, they are leading a Microsoft 365 project and supporting the implementation of an Enterprise Content Management system and eLearning solutions.
