Raphael Lechner serves as the Art Director and Creative Operations Manager at Mammut Sports Group AG since April 2021, overseeing content creation and leading visual storytelling in retail spaces. Previously, Raphael held several interim managerial positions, including managing teams for the Content Office and Visual Merchandising, and working as a Project Manager to translate digital marketing concepts into physical store experiences. As a freelance creative since 2009, Raphael has collaborated with various companies as an Art Director and Graphic Designer, awarded for a self-published coffee table book in 2017. Prior roles include Store Experience Designer at SportScheck and Art Director positions at hellweiss and bluforce Group, focusing on retail design and content production. Raphael holds a degree in Mediengestalter Print from Mediadesign University of Applied Sciences and has foundational training in IT system integration.
