Rene Xylaender has extensive work experience in the field of operations and management. From 2010 to the present, they have worked at Mammoet, starting as the Leiter der Kran- und Transportabteilung and progressing to the role of Branch Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director Operations Germany. Prior to working at Mammoet, Rene Xylaender worked as a Konstrukteur at Kirow Leipzig KE Kranbau Eberswalde AG Kranbau from 2006 to 2010.

Rene Xylaender has a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschinenbau from TU Bergakademie Freiberg.
