Nick Dutton has extensive experience in the advertising industry, having worked in various roles since 1996. Nick started their career at Ogilvy & Mather as a Business Director, before moving to HHCL in 2003, where they held the same role. In 2006, they were appointed as European Account Director at EuroRSCG Fuel (HAVAS). Two years later, they were promoted to Managing Director at Euro RSCG Luxe (HAVAS). In 2010, they became Managing Partner, Global Network at Arnold Worldwide (HAVAS). In 2011, they took on the role of Board Director at AMV BBDO. In 2014, they were appointed as Managing Partner at Grey. Most recently, in 2017, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Mami Wata Surf.

Nick Dutton attended Bournemouth University from 1990 to 1996. Nick then attended London Business School, where they obtained an ADP71 degree.
