Rodney Pace has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Principal and Director of Operations at Maman Corp. since February 1997. Prior to this role, Rodney held the position of Director of Operations at R.V. Schuh from 1989 to 1997. Additionally, from 1975 to 1989, Rodney was the Director of Building and Grounds at Bethany Home & Hospital of The Methodist Church, where responsibilities included overseeing hotel services, new construction, and building maintenance for multiple facilities, including Methodist Hospital and Bethany Medical Offices.
