Fanny Ravailler has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Housekeeping Manager at MAMA SHELTER since December 2019, where responsibilities also include roles such as Front Office Manager and Front Office Supervisor, contributing to the opening of Mama Shelter Paris West. Prior to this, Fanny held multiple positions at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, including Senior Welcomer Night, and gained experience at Rocco Forte Hotels as a Sales and Marketing trainee. Additional roles at various hotels, including Aloft Hotels, St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, and Marriott International, provided a comprehensive foundation in hotel operations. Fanny holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and a Master's degree in Sales and e-marketing from Vatel Belgium.
