Joyce Sarahan M.Ed and M.S. has a strong background in IT project management and business analysis. Currently, Joyce serves as the ESL and Citizenship Coordinator at MAM where Joyce oversees volunteers teaching English to non-native speakers. Prior to this, Joyce worked at Prosource.it and ITI, gaining experience in IT operations and training. Joyce holds a Master's Degree in Education and Occupational Education from the University of Houston.
