Sinan Uğur Atak has worked for several companies in various roles since 2011. Sinan Uğur was an Executive Assistant at Çakırlar Gayri Menkul from 2011 to 2014. Sinan Uğur then worked as an Officer at VFS Global from 2014 to 2016. During their time at Netsparker from 2016 to 2020, they held the roles of Solutions Engineer, Asia & Africa Regional Sales Manager, and Account Executive. In 2020, they moved to Acunetix as a Solutions Engineer. Sinan Uğur then began working at Invicti Security as a Solutions Engineer in 2019 and is currently a VP of Sales at both Gais Cyber Security and MonSpark since 2022.

Sinan UÄŸur Atak attended Okan University from 2006 to 2012, where they studied Language Interpretation and Translation.
