Phoenicia Fares, PhD, is an accomplished UX Researcher at Malwarebytes, where research efforts focus on user advocacy through comprehensive end-to-end methodologies for B2B and B2C products. Prior experience includes a UX Research Internship at TikTok, contributing to both qualitative and quantitative research projects, and a socio-behavioral research role at the University of California, Riverside, where extensive research on digital platforms and social media was conducted. Fares has also served as a Research Laboratory Manager and co-editor for several academic journals, successfully publishing research while mentoring junior scholars.
