Lorraine Bater is an experienced leader in site operations and food services, currently serving as Head of Site Operations at Sygnature Discovery since July 2022. Lorraine has been with SGS as Director of Food Services since January 2021 and has held the position of Regional Director of Food Science since June 2018 at Concept Life Sciences. Prior roles include General Manager at Eurofins and FareShare Merseyside, as well as Global Transformation Programme Director at Syngenta. Lorraine has extensive experience in operational leadership, strategic information systems, and managing non-scientific services, demonstrated through roles at AstraZeneca and Jiffy Packaging Co. Ltd. Lorraine's career spans over three decades, showcasing a strong background in change management and regulatory compliance within the scientific sector.
