Rhys Velasquez, CGA works as a Casting Manager at Malthouse Theatre, leading casting for productions and collaborating with the Artistic team. They also serve on the Board of Directors for Stage A Change and run Evolution Casting. With experience at various theatre companies, Rhys has a background in casting, consulting, and creating inclusive spaces within the arts industry. Additionally, they were part of The People of Cabaret as Head of The Directory. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusivity in the Workplace.
