Johannes Strom has extensive experience in technology and logistics, currently serving in a role focused on the technical and logistical support for initial reception facilities and emergency accommodations for refugees and asylum seekers at Malteser since March 2022. Previously, Johannes worked as an independent consultant and journalist from January 2019 to April 2022, and also held positions as an independent audio engineer, musician, and producer from 2007 to 2022. Johannes has contributed to the print and online sectors in test and production management at Auerbach Verlag and authored multiple pieces for various publications. Additional experience includes roles as 1st Sound Operator with AIDA Cruises, sound technician and instructor with TUI Cruises, and assistant engineer at the State Institute for Music Research. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Audio Engineering from SAE Institute Berlin and a degree in Translation and Cultural Studies from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
