Becki Smith has extensive experience in education and support roles, currently serving as an Integrative School Companion at Malteser in Deutschland since April 2019, assisting an autistic student in a high school setting. In addition to this role, Smith has been a Path-Walker for Our Universe since June 2018 and has worked as a translator and interpreter across various fields since 1997. Previous positions include Chair of the Foreigners' Council of Zittau, project leadership at Mehrgenerationenhaus, and teacher of English at the University of Applied Sciences Zittau/Goerlitz. Smith also has a background as an Educational Consultant, facilitating placements for students in North America. Educational accomplishments include a Postgraduate Diploma from the Oxford Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies and a B.A. in Russian and East European Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
