Soumya Gaddam has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Soumya began their professional journey as a Research Intern at Teach For India in July 2012. In May 2015, they worked as an Operations Intern at Converse, followed by a role as a Work Student-Operations from November 2015 to May 2016. Soumya then joined Nike as a Strategic Planning Intern from May 2016 to July 2016. Soumya continued to gain experience at JDA Software as a Pre-Sales Consulting Intern from April 2017 to November 2017. In February 2019, they worked as a Venture Analyst at 27pilots before joining Maltego Technologies in July 2019 as a Partner Manager for their Data Platform.

Soumya Gaddam started their educational journey in 2009 and graduated in 2013 from Osmania University with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology. Afterward, they pursued further education at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Management, General. In 2015, Soumya briefly attended Université catholique de Louvain, although the specific degree obtained or field of study is unknown.

In terms of additional certifications, Soumya Gaddam achieved a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2018.
