Julie Wagner has a strong background in UX research and design. Julie is currently working as a UX Researcher in link-analysis investigation at Maltego Technologies since May 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior User Experience Researcher at Innoactive from August 2020 to May 2021. From September 2015 to August 2020, Julie worked as a Senior UX Researcher at Fujitsu Enabling Software Technology GmbH. Julie also gained experience as a post-doc at LMU Munich in the chair of human-computer interaction from June 2013 to August 2015 and at Télécom ParisTech from October 2012 to May 2013. Julie began their career as a PhD student in computer science at Université Paris-Sud, where they conducted research on whole-body interaction and worked as an interaction designer from September 2009 to October 2012. Julie also had an internship at Insitu research lab from May 2009 to September 2009 and continued their PhD studies at LRI from 2009 to 2012.
Julie Wagner pursued their education at RWTH-Aachen University from 2002 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, earning the title of Diplom Informatikerin.
