Alex Montebello currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Malta Maritime Forum since April 2023. As CEO at Malta Freeport Terminals Ltd since October 2004, Alex Montebello has also held the position of Director of Sales, Marketing, ICT, and Operations. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Business Development and Personal Assistant to the Chairman at Freeport Terminal (Malta) plc from January 2001 to October 2004, where Alex Montebello was a member of the Executive Committee. Earlier in the career, Alex Montebello was Senior Manager of Business Development and Manager of Information Technology at Malta Freeport Corporation from January 1993 to December 2000.
