Maria Hartmann currently serves as the Global Business Operations & Strategy Lead at Malt. Prior to this role, Maria held the position of Director Sales Development & Operations at COMATCH | A Malt Company. Maria has extensive experience in managing sales development, operations, and strategic projects. Maria also has a background in venture capital and strategic market analysis, as well as international work experience in South Africa and France. Maria holds a Master of Science in Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from HTWK Leipzig.
