Brandon Pelkey serves as the Superintendent of Schools at Malone Central School District since July 2023, following a decade-long tenure as Principal at Franklin Academy High School from March 2013 to July 2023. Previously, Brandon held the roles of Assistant Principal and Dean of Students at Franklin Academy High School from September 2011 to February 2013 and worked as a Science Teacher at the same institution from November 1995 to June 2010. Brandon Pelkey's educational qualifications include a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership and Administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from SUNY Potsdam, and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Natural Science from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, along with a Regents Diploma from Franklin Academy High School.
