Wafaa Muhammad is a seasoned CRM_Siebel Senior Developer at malomatia since July 2017, where responsibilities include leading the L3 Support team and facilitating communication between L2, business, and development teams. Prior to this role, Wafaa served as a CRM_Siebel Developer, focusing on implementing Phase I and II for the Supreme Judicial Court in Qatar. Experience also includes a position as an Enterprise Application Developer (SharePoint & CRM) Trainee at the Information Technology Institute (ITI) from October 2016 to June 2017, and as a back-end web developer at RootDev, specializing in Symfony PHP framework. Wafaa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Helwan University Cairo, earned in 2015.
