Pauline Golder is currently a Certified Nursing Assistant at UW Medicine Northwest and a Paint Specialist at Mallory Paint Store. With extensive experience in retail management as a former Store Manager and Paint Specialist at Mallory Paint Store from October 2016 to March 2023, Pauline effectively trained new employees and optimized store operations based on customer traffic. Additionally, as a Partner at CAP Design Painting, Pauline built strong customer relationships that drove business growth through referrals. Education includes a Certified Nursing Assistant credential from Shoreline Community College and an Associate of Arts from Skagit Valley Community College.
