Nichole "Coco" Pahl currently serves as the VP of Product at Mallard Bay Outdoors, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Nichole held dual roles as VP of Product and Analytics at ASAP from August 2016 to April 2024, focusing on product vision, strategic roadmaps, and cross-functional team leadership. Nichole's experience includes positions as Director of Product Management and Senior Product Manager, where responsibilities involved market analysis, strategic recommendations, and detailed product requirement documentation. As COO and Co-Founder of Requested, Nichole collaborated on fundraising efforts and talent development. Additional experience includes roles in web development and design as a Co-Founder at Curious Entity and as Lead Designer at Buttonworks. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Web Design and Interactive Media from The Art Institutes.
