Kim Sidders, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Director at Mallard Agency since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kim held various positions at Grant Thornton LLP (US) from September 2018 to February 2022, including P&C Onboarding Manager and P&C Senior Associate with a focus on Candidate Care & Onboarding and Human Resources Generalist functions, overseeing onboarding for approximately 1,000 employees annually and supporting around 2,400 employees. Earlier experience includes roles at IMA Financial Group, Inc., where Kim worked as a Human Resources Generalist, Coordinator, and Public Relations Coordinator. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Azusa Pacific University.
